How involved do I need to be each month?We’ll kick things off with a quick meeting (phone, Zoom or in-person) to hear what’s happening in your business, then we take care of the rest. You’ll review and approve your monthly content calendar before it goes live—but beyond that, your involvement is minimal unless you want to be more hands-on.

What if I need to post something last-minute?No problem—just send it through. We can usually turn around spontaneous posts within 1–2 business days. These are outside of your monthly plan, so additional charges may apply.

What do you need from me to get started?We’ll start with a short discovery meeting to understand your business, brand, and goals. From there, we’ll ask for: Access to your social media accounts Any brand guidelines or visuals (logo, fonts, colours, etc.) Examples of past content (if any) An idea of your upcoming priorities or promotions If you’re starting from scratch, we’ll help you figure out what’s needed and support you along the way.

How do you get access to my social media accounts?Once we’re working together, we’ll send you simple step-by-step instructions to grant us access securely through Facebook Business Manager or by adding us as collaborators. We’ll guide you through the process.

What if I don’t have a Facebook or Instagram page to start with?No worries - we can help set these up for you as part of your onboarding process. If you'd prefer to do it yourself, we’ll walk you through the steps to make sure your accounts are set up correctly.

Is there a minimum contract or can I go month to month?You can go month to month - we know small business life can change quickly. All we ask is that you give us one month’s notice if you plan to pause or stop your service.

Do you provide reporting or insights?Yes, we offer a Monthly Insights Report as an optional add-on. It includes a summary of post performance and helpful notes on what’s working, so you know where your marketing is making an impact.

Will you reply to comments or messages on my posts?We can - this is available as an optional add-on. If you’d like help with community engagement or managing your inbox, just let us know and we’ll include it in your package.

Can you run Facebook ads or boost posts too?Yes! We offer Facebook advertising and post boosting as an additional service. It’s priced separately from your monthly content plan, so we’ll work with you to set a realistic ad budget and make sure it supports your goals.

Do I get to approve posts before they go out?Absolutely. We send you a full monthly content calendar for approval before anything is scheduled. You’ll always have the chance to review, request changes, or add notes.

Can I choose which platforms I want to post to?Yes. We work across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. We’ll tailor your content to the platforms that make the most sense for your business and audience.
